Advertising Refund Policy
All advertising sales are final
All Perkstack advertising and sponsorship purchases — newsletter sponsorships, Top Startup features, homepage banners, catalog listings, and bundles — are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
Why
Advertising inventory is reserved and exclusive — a banner or newsletter slot is held for you and withheld from everyone else for the booked period. Because we turn away other advertisers to honour your placement, purchases can't be refunded after checkout.
Recurring placements
Monthly placements (Top Startup feature, homepage banner) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current paid period is non-refundable and your placement runs through the end of it.
If something goes wrong on our end
If we fail to deliver a placement you paid for (for example, a newsletter send doesn't go out, or a banner isn't displayed for the booked window), email hello@perkstack.co and we'll make it right — typically by re-running the placement. This policy covers voluntary cancellations and change of mind, not delivery failures on our side.
Editorial independence
Advertising never changes what gets listed in the catalog or how the catalog and rankings are ordered. Paying to advertise does not buy placement in, or position within, our editorial rankings.
