1. What Perkstack is

Perkstack is a free directory of verified AI tool credits, compute grants, and startup perks, plus provider price rankings for popular AI APIs. It is free to use. Perkstack does not provide, guarantee, or broker any perk or pricing listed — we simply catalog and link to them.

2. Your account

Some areas (such as the catalog) require a free account. You must provide an accurate email when signing up, and you are responsible for activity under your account. There is no payment and nothing to subscribe to.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the catalog and rankings for your own business purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute catalog or ranking content in bulk, and you may not abuse, automate against, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Accuracy of catalog and pricing content

We verify listings regularly and show a last-checked date on each perk, and re-pull provider prices on a recurring basis. However, vendor programs and prices change without notice. We make no guarantee that any listed perk is currently available, that you will be approved, or that any price shown is current. Always verify directly with the provider before applying or relying on a price.

5. Affiliate links

Some listings and provider links are affiliate links, disclosed on the relevant pages. Affiliate relationships do not influence which perks are listed or how the catalog or rankings are ordered.

6. Intellectual property

All catalog content, application guides, rankings, and site copy are owned by Perkstack. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Perkstack is provided free and "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on catalog or pricing information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perkstack is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.
