1. What Perkstack is

Perkstack is a subscription-based directory of verified AI tool credits, compute grants, and startup perks. Members pay for access to the catalog — not for the perks themselves. Perkstack does not provide, guarantee, or broker any perk listed in the catalog.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with others — each subscription is for a single user.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Perkstack is a single membership with two billing intervals: a monthly recurring subscription ($24/month) or an annual recurring subscription ($228/year, equivalent to $19/month). Both provide identical access. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the catalog for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or redistribute catalog content. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the catalog through your account.

6. Accuracy of catalog content

We verify listings regularly and show a last-checked date on each perk. However, vendor programs change without notice. We make no guarantee that any listed perk is currently available, that you will be approved, or that the terms described are current. Always verify directly with the provider before applying.

7. Affiliate links

Some listings include affiliate links. These are disclosed on the relevant perk pages. Affiliate relationships do not influence which perks are listed or their ranking.

8. Intellectual property

All catalog content, application guides, and site copy are owned by Perkstack. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Perkstack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on catalog information. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you if we make material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perkstack is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.
