Refund Policy

The short version

If Perkstack isn't what you expected, we'll refund you within the applicable window — no questions asked.

Monthly — 7-day guarantee

If you start a monthly subscription and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription.

Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the first billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

Annual — 30-day guarantee

If you start an annual subscription and request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription. After 30 days, the annual term is non-refundable but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.

How to request a refund

Email hello@perkstack.co with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We process refunds within 2 business days. Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

What refunds don't cover

  • Monthly renewal charges after the first 7-day window
  • Annual subscriptions after the first 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for terms of service violations

A note on perk availability

Individual perks in the catalog expire and change as vendor programs evolve. The unavailability of a specific perk is not grounds for a refund — the membership provides access to the full catalog, which is updated regularly.
